On
March 25, 1966, S.P.International
Company
Limited the flagship company
of the S.P.I. Group was founded
with registered capital of 1 million baht. Main
business purpose
was to be SUZUKI motorcycles distributor in
Thailand. At the time,
only two distributors appointed. Since then,
its business company
continued to expand very firmly

July 1, 1987, SP International Co., Ltd. led
by its Chairman Dr.Chumpol
Phornprapa (also in
charge as a Chairman of Thailand Automotive
Industrial Group) acquired TTC Suzuki Sales
Co., Ltd.,
a Suzuki motorcycle distributor, with 60 million
baht registered capital. Later in 1994, S.P
International
Co., Ltd. merged its motorcycle sales division,
service center, and all staff with TTC Suzuki
Sales Co., Ltd.
and renamed it as SP
Suzuki Co., Ltd. (SPSU)

With
progressive expansion over time, SPSU acquired
Zinphol Co., Ltd., a major retailing arm of
Suzuki motorcycle, to
establish a more complete business circle. On
August 31,1994,
after receiving the shareholders’ authorization,
the company got
listed in SET and became SP
Suzuki Public Company
Limited, and later on increased
its registered capital to 800 million
in May 1995. Presently,it is the only ‘Public
Company’ wholesaling
the motorcycle unit. Up
until the present "S.P.SUZUKI Company
Limited" has
been a SUZUKI motorcycles distributor for
the past 40 years under
the stable guidance of the company's policy
like its motto
"S.P.SUZUKI
set its heart on good life creation"
